After 8 hours searching on the jetstar and virgin blue sites (timing out, selling be
fore i could get my credit card listed etc etc etc) I finally found 2 return tickets for $30 each way to Brisbane for both Paulo and i on the same day (though we were on different flights comming back!).
We stayed at Ingrid's place (I used to work with her last year before she moved back to brisbane) & we were there for 4 nights. The photos below are not necessarily in chronilogical order, but, apart from general hanging out with Ingrid and her siblings (and Ingrid shuffling us, her exams and part time work at the same time (OMG!) & touring around Brisbane city we visited the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and on the last day we made it for a 1 hour visit to Cass and her family in Oxenford! At least we got there!!! Cass worked with me at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Youth Camp.
